Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Sales and Project Manager who will play a vital role in enhancing our sales performance and ensuring the successful delivery of our automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, project management expertise, and a keen interest in technological advancements within the storage and real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, including system integrators and custom real estate developers.
  • Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation efforts.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to gauge customer requirements and industry dynamics.
  • Showcase and explain Stakkd Rack's ASRS technology and real estate offerings to prospective clients.
  • Create and present persuasive sales proposals and presentations.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and client satisfaction.

Project Oversight:

  • Manage the complete project lifecycle for ASRS manufacturing and installation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and logistics, to ensure project timelines are adhered to.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, swiftly addressing any challenges or delays to maintain project momentum.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance with industry regulations throughout the manufacturing and installation phases.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and resolve any issues.
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, amendments, and status reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the ASRS or Material Handling sectors.
  • Strong project management capabilities with experience in overseeing complex manufacturing and installation projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficient in CRM software, project management applications, AutoCAD, and the MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary to engage with clients and manage projects.
