Position Overview:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be integral in steering and implementing various construction initiatives.

Your role will encompass overseeing the development and execution of intricate mechanical construction endeavors, with project values ranging from $5M to $30M.

Leading a skilled team, your focus will be on delivering projects safely, punctually, and within financial parameters.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Development and Management:
Formulate and oversee project plans, establish key milestones, and efficiently allocate resources.
As a self-performing contractor, you will engage directly with craft supervision throughout the project lifecycle.
Track project advancements, identify potential risks, and implement necessary corrective measures.
Uphold company safety protocols, incentives, and compliance initiatives.

Financial Oversight:
Prepare, manage, and forecast project budgets, costs, and overall profitability.
Scrutinize and analyze expenditures, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Generate project status reports for the leadership team and clients.

Communication with Stakeholders:

Provide comprehensive updates for all project phases to relevant stakeholders, including timelines, impacts, and necessary adjustments throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, proactively addressing requests or issues as they arise.

Client Relations:
Engage in activities that foster robust client relationship building.
Collaborate with the Marketing and Sales Department to explore new client opportunities, develop proposals, and secure new projects.

Team Management:
Lead project teams, inspire team members, and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.

Mentor junior staff and prepare them for future career advancements, aligning with the core value of nurturing talent.

Address conflicts and facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 8 years of experience managing industrial construction project teams.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, Microsoft Project).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams responsible for project controls, estimation, procurement, safety, quality, and virtual design.
