Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our team as an Education Practice Coordinator. The Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the strategy and development efforts of the education practice. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Process Management: Assist in managing the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
2. Prospecting Coordination: Conduct research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business development.
3. Content Generation: Support the creation of compelling content for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials in collaboration with corporate resources.
4. Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics for client meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, venue coordination, and travel arrangements.
5. Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal operation services, responding to inquiries and providing updates on project status.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases related to client information, project details, and sales activities.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams within Resultant to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
8. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Senior Directors and the Education Practice team as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a coordinator or administrative role, preferably in a professional setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for education and a desire to make a positive impact in the field.
