Job Description

JobsRUs is seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team in various aspects of sales operations, including proposal development, contract management, and customer communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts, and sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of sales materials.
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate with customers to resolve issues and answer questions.
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies and tactics to meet business objectives.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the construction industry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building systems.
  • Strong product knowledge of building systems.
