People and Culture Coordinator

Hudson Pacific Properties is seeking a highly skilled People and Culture Coordinator to join our Corporate office in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our People and Culture team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our employees and ensuring a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Onboarding and Offboarding: Spearhead the onboarding and offboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and maintaining HR compliance.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Expedite and track pre-employment screening processes for new hires, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- HRIS Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HRIS data, including employee records, benefits enrollment, and payroll changes.
- Program Rollouts and Tracking: Assist in the implementation and tracking of new programs, policies, and procedures, ensuring a smooth rollout and effective communication.
- Employee Events and Training: Coordinate and lead employee events, training sessions, and other initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- LOA Process: Guide employees through the Leave of Absence (LOA) process, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely communication.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including data analysis, report generation, and auditing, to ensure accurate and timely information.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR, Recruiting, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Skills: In-depth knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and I-9 verifications; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
