Head of People and Culture

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Human Resources and Culture to join our team at Warner Music. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the culture of our company and championing the success of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals and objectives.
- Provide Coaching and Guidance: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on matters concerning performance development, employee engagement, and relations.
- Design and Deliver Training Initiatives: Work with key stakeholders to design and deliver training initiatives that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Partner with Business Leaders: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to understand their needs and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Lead Employee Relations Investigations: Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations issues and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Develop and Implement Employee Programs: Design and implement employee programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.
- Provide Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
- 8+ Years of Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in HR, with a focus on human resources and culture.
- Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to understand business operations and make strategic decisions that drive results.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Employment Law: Strong knowledge of employment law and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.
