About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Partner to join our team at Global Critical Logistics. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in shaping our company culture and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Embed yourself within our business verticals to understand their priorities, challenges, and people needs.
  • Advise and support managers in the performance management of their teams, including performance reviews, feedback, and coaching.
  • Provide guidance and input on various People & Culture matters, including organizational design, hiring and succession planning, employee relations, and legal compliance.
  • Support the integration and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
  • Manage all necessary tasks related to administering benefits offerings and partner with external providers to reconcile benefit contributions and premiums.
  • Manage and maintain employee records and personnel files from onboarding to termination.
  • Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for employees and serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll-related matters.
  • Support strategic hiring needs and plans, and partner with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs for business units.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role or HR Business Partner in a high-growth, multinational environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
