We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant to join our team at TriCom Quest. As a Part-time HR & Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring employee compliance with policies and procedures.

About the Job

In this role, you will translate between English and Spanish formally, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain accurate records. You will also assist in recruiting temporary employees, conducting new hire orientation, and maintaining compliance with OSHA, federal and state employment laws.

We offer a competitive estimated salary range of $26-$29 per hour, depending on experience, and a non-exempt status. This part-time position is Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate between English and Spanish formally
  • Support employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA, federal and state employment laws
  • Recruit temporary employees

Requirements:

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) proficiency
  • Associate's degree or higher
  • 2 years of clerical experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
