We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team, supporting our growth and success in the industry.
Job Summary:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will administer HR processes, manage recruitment activities, and provide administrative support to the entire HR department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Assist the Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Specialists in ensuring effective administration and management of full-cycle recruitment.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Administration: Act as key administrator for the company's ATS, performing administrative duties such as maintaining system updates, opening new job requisitions, disposing of requisitions and candidates, and running reports.
- Background Check Process: Oversee and manage the entire background check process for new hires, from pre-offer to post-hire, communicating effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and HR leaders.
- New Hire Onboarding: Launch and manage new hire onboarding tasks within the onboarding module.
- Recruitment Marketing: Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and other platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Maintain weekly open requisition logs and generate reports for the TA & HR team.
- Employee Referrals: Track and manage referred employees, ensuring timely submission of referral information to payroll on the first of each month.
- HRIS Maintenance: Assist with maintenance of existing ATS systems and integrations with other HRIS applications.
- Event Planning: Assist with organizing job fairs and recruitment events.
- Administrative Support: Enter and update information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- New Hire Orientation: Facilitate weekly new hire orientation sessions, ensuring all new employees receive comprehensive information on company policies, procedures, and culture.
- Special Projects: Prepare and generate new, ongoing, and ad-hoc special reports of employee personnel information and data, utilizing the HRIS to obtain and analyze data.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in HR strongly preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience strongly desired.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of HR & talent acquisition/recruiting best practices, policies, and procedures preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.
- Software Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, HR software, and recruitment software.
- Preferred Experience: Prior experience with UKG and/or reputable Applicant Tracking System(s) a plus.
- Salary: The expected Base Salary range for this position is between $24.95-33.61 per hour, equivalent to $51,900-69,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset.
- Bonus: This position is eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus.
