About the Job:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Irvine, CA. As a critical member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA, federal and state employment laws.
- Recruit temporary employees and coordinate recruitment efforts.
- Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to employee inquiries.
- Prepare and review documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- Associate's degree or higher.
- 2 years of clerical experience.
- Strong interest in Human Resources.
- Valid driver's license.
- Proficient in MS Office Suites.
- Organized with strong administrative skills.
- Versatile team-player.
- Good communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Japanese language and/or culture is a plus.
Benefits:
- Estimated Salary: $26.00-$29.00 per hour (non-exempt).
- Part-time Monday – Friday 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. (not flexible).
