We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in California.

The successful candidate will support our HR administration processes, working closely with our talented HR team to ensure seamless recruitment and onboarding processes.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with the coordination of recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing welcome packets, setting up new employee paperwork, and conducting orientation sessions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other HR professionals.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective HR programs and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on employment laws, regulations, and best practices, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in HR or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, HR software, and recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle unforeseen challenges with a positive attitude.

About the Role:

Location: This position is based in California.

Estimated Salary Range: $51,900 - $69,900 per year, depending on experience and skillset.

Bonus Potential: Eligible for an annual performance-based cash bonus.
