About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Operations Assistant Manager to support our HR Direct Services team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a seamless workflow and ensuring exceptional customer service. The estimated salary for this position is $20.00-$23.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Maintain accurate records of facility department work orders and filing systems.
  • Ensure timely processing of mail, packages, and communications.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment.

Requirements:

  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Proven experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Desirable: knowledge of food manufacturing processes or previous food industry experience.
