Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $20.00 - $23.00/HR
We are seeking a skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide support to our operations team. As an Administrative Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory of supplies, preparing documents for processing, and welcoming employees and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain inventory of office supplies by checking stock levels and placing orders as needed.
- Prepare documents for processing, including matching packing slips and invoices.
- Welcome employees and visitors, ensuring they have signed in and completed necessary documents.
- Assist with updating employee rosters and other forms.
- File and maintain records of facility department work order system.
- Maintain filing systems and audit safety training records.
- Assist with creating communications and posting information.
- Open and distribute mail, collect and distribute packages.
- Evaluate the operation of office equipment and complete preventive maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively interact at all levels within and external to the organization.
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).
- Previous food industry experience or knowledge of food manufacturing processes and procedures desirable.
- Able to lift, push, pull up to 25 pounds and stand and walk for long periods of time.
