**About the Role:**
We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team at Modern HR in Irvine. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing multiple projects, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and employees with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Manage parking validation, mail sorting and distribution, and UPS shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and stocking of kitchen areas, including coffee stations and trash/recycling.
- Coordinate catering for meetings and events, and order supplies as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks as directed by management.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written) and excellent communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with a strong focus on confidentiality and responsiveness.
Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
