Healthcare Center Front Desk Coordinator

Purpose and Responsibilities:
The Receptionist will be responsible for maintaining a positive image for the center by greeting and directing visitors, answering phone calls, and taking accurate messages. Additionally, the Receptionist will provide administrative support as assigned, including operating the paging/telephone system and participating in training and educational programs.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the Receptionist must have a high school diploma or equivalent, previous receptionist experience, and prior work/life experiences in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
