Job Summary
As a Receptionist at Genesis HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and employees. Key responsibilities include answering incoming calls, welcoming and directing guests, coordinating mail, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and courteously, redirecting them as necessary
- Welcome, greet, and direct patients, visitors, and guests
- Coordinate outgoing and incoming mail
- Maintain current lists of patients by name/room number and employees by name/phone extension
- Order supplies and perform other clerical duties
Requirements
