Front Desk Supervisor

At Pyramid Global Hospitality, we are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and leadership to the Front Office team to ensure consistent quality customer service.
- Monitor lobby traffic and make staffing adjustments accordingly to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, setting the tone for a memorable stay.
- Promptly complete the registration process, confirming pertinent information and ensuring accuracy.
- Communicate effectively with guests, staff, and management to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Manage cash, make change, and balance the house bank, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Post charges to guest rooms and house accounts, utilizing the computer system to ensure efficient and accurate processing.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, using positive and clear English language.
- Retrieve messages, mail, and packages for hotel guests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Remain calm and alert during emergency situations and heavy hotel activity, serving as a role model for the Front Office team.
- Resolve customer complaints and complications by conducting thorough research and implementing effective solutions.
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
- No prior experience required; two years combined front desk and supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, requiring high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy.
- Basic mathematical skills required, with ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
- Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform behind the front desk, with ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
