About the Job: In this role, you will:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch sales goals.
  • Broaden our market presence through innovative marketing approaches and partnerships.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Work closely with the Director of Strategic Solutions to identify opportunities for cross-selling with existing physical security guarding clients.

About Compensation: We offer a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance, as well as enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan. The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 - $120,000 based on location and performance.

About Benefits: Our comprehensive benefits include eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days, plus vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly (estimated 2 weeks and carries over). Unused vacation is only paid out where required by law.
