Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated National Sales Account Manager to join our team at ProSearch Recruiting Partners Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing existing accounts as well as driving new business to increase market share.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7+ years of proven success in Automation Industry Sales experience with turnkey solutions. A Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university is required. You must also have demonstrated experience managing and growing large accounts in a multi-state territory through distributor and dealer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow existing accounts to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand market share and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with sales management team to achieve sales objectives

Competitive Salary: $130,000+

Bonus Structure: Uncapped commissions and annual bonus
