Job Description

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their main point of contact to understand their needs and objectives.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals to expand Fusable's client base.
  • Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that illustrate the value of Fusable's products and services.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities

You will also be responsible for:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify new business opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and provide regular reports on performance metrics.
Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
