About the Role: As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing existing and new customer accounts in the food industry within the Charlotte NC region. This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills to build great customer rapport and sustain key relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing and new customer accounts, including wholesalers, supermarkets, restaurants, and distributors.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service, sales support, and marketing promotions.
  • Represent the organization in sales and branding within the Charlotte NC community.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need at least 3 years of sales/account management experience, strong customer service skills, and Mandarin fluency. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required. Estimated salary range is $80,000 - $110,000 per year.

Bonus Information: Up to 50% travel is required for this role, and daily reporting and weekly sales meetings are essential.
