Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. As a Regional Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a go-to-market strategic plan to grow IMPACT sales revenue and margin year-over-year. This includes achieving or exceeding growth goals for sales revenue and margins, daily coordination and interaction with sales, operations, ACT software team and customers, and leading and managing IMPACT support positions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a go-to-market strategic plan to grow IMPACT sales revenue and margin year-over-year
  • Achieving or exceeding growth goals for sales revenue and margins
  • Daily coordination and interaction with sales, operations, ACT software team and customers
  • Leading and managing IMPACT support positions

You will also be responsible for using CRM to maintain a database of key accounts, contacts, opportunity values and activities, developing KPI's and preparing monthly sales reports to track progress, monitoring and updating market trends and activities, reporting out monthly, and working with regional sales management teams to identify growth opportunities, assist in building and maintaining relationships with key accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in business and five years commercial sales experience in the metal buildings market, preferably with business development experience selling to large, National Accounts. You should also have two years experience and sales results with IMPACT or other like building package, knowledge and ability to conduct presentations using the ACT software program, ability and desire to travel 75% of the time, successful track record of closing large, multi-location accounts, proficient with MS Office Suite applications, strong oral and written communication skills, strong organizational and time management skills, and must be team oriented and customer service focused.
