Job Summary:
Charlotte FC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our Ticket Office team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new season ticket memberships through high outbound sales calls, networking contacts, and in-stadium appointments.

About the Role:
As a Ticket Sales Professional, you will develop referrals and leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting, and other techniques. You will also meet and exceed yearly sales goals as determined by the department manager. Additionally, you will represent Charlotte FC in various club promotions, charity functions, grassroots events, and speaking engagements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell Season Ticket Memberships through high outbound sales calls, networking contacts, and in-stadium appointments.
  • Develop referrals and leads through networking, cold calling, prospecting, and other techniques.
  • Meet and exceed yearly sales goals as determined by the department manager.
  • Represent Charlotte FC in various club promotions, charity functions, grassroots events, and speaking engagements.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of one year of ticket sales experience at the collegiate or professional level.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and all other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must pass pre-employment screens.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Ticketmaster system including Archtics, Account Manager, TM Host.

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate must be able to work in all Charlotte FC home matches, lift and carry up to 20 lbs, remain sitting for up to 8 hours at a desk and computer, and endure weather conditions.
