Key Responsibilities

- Directs the activities of cabin service agents and ensures task completion.
- Responsible for the cleaning and maintenance of aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, galleys, and lavatories.
- Prepares the cabin for customer boarding and departure, which includes cleaning seats, seat pockets, floors, galleys, and lavatories.
- Handles the checking, assembling, and installation of passenger service cabin furnishings and supplies, ensuring meticulous attention to detail for cleanliness.
- Assists ramp agents upon completion of cabin cleaning.
- Conducts FOD (Foreign Object Debris) walks in the ramp area between flights.
- Marshals aircraft during arrivals and departures.
- Ensures that necessary ground equipment is available in the ramp area and bag room for upcoming flights.
- Reads and interprets aircraft weight and balance loading instructions, hazardous materials identification labels, and baggage routing tags.
- Performs other related duties as assigned within the expected skill and experience level for this position.

Qualifications

- Effective communication skills in English are required.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience.
- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions and confined spaces.
- Must be eligible for appropriate security clearances following a satisfactory criminal background check.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Some shifts may necessitate extended hours to meet operational needs.
- Must be capable of working in cramped or elevated locations.
- Ability to lift heavy items up and down jet way stairs.
