  • Establish and maintain flight attendant guides in the flight department operations manual.
  • Perform preflight, through-flight, and post-flight inspections of aircraft emergency, cabin, and galley equipment.
  • Operate aircraft systems and equipment, including electrical, interphone, doors, and exits.
  • Ensure cleanliness of aircraft interior.
  • Provide for passenger comfort during aircraft operations.
  • Plan all menus and coordinate meal requirements.
  • Purchase required food and supplies to serve meals and beverages.
  • Provide cabin service and monitor passengers in-flight.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and assistance during an emergency, including aircraft evacuation, administering first aid to ill or incapacitated passengers.
  • Handle emergencies according to procedures.
  • Brief passengers.
  • Perform orderly evacuation of passengers and crew.
  • Provide emergency medical assistance.
  • Supervise loading and off-loading of aircraft passengers and baggage.
  • Ensure access to escape exits.

**Requirements:**

  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in accordance with quality, safety, and sanitation standards, policies, and guidelines.
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to handle in-flight medical emergencies.
  • Training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • Proficient with all aircraft emergency equipment and knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Detailed knowledge of FAA regulations.
