Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer II to join our team at Recon Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing capital project efforts, coordinating activities with various departments, and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct capital project efforts, including project planning, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Coordinate activities with various departments, including engineering, HSEQ, and global technology.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ensure the successful execution of projects, including quality control, safety, and environmental considerations.
  • Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external partners.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project team members, including engineers, designers, and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in a related technical field, such as mechanical, chemical, electrical, or petroleum engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project engineering, with a strong background in petrochemical, chemical, offshore, pipeline, or utility industries.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
