The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of the Engineering Design and Submittal Process within the State of Florida. Responsibilities include:

  • Specializing in pavement design, stormwater management (hydrology and hydraulics), utility systems, and pump station design.
Technical Proficiencies

The ideal candidate will be proficient in the Civil 3D Design Suite, with capabilities to:

  • Create alignments and profiles.
  • Run cross-sections and perform earthwork calculations.
  • Utilize automated applications within CAD software effectively.
Software Competencies

Candidates must be adept at operating modeling and simulation software, including:

  • ICPR
  • Autodesk Storm & Sanitary Analysis
  • HEC-RAS
  • EPANet
Preferred Qualifications

The preferred candidate will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the design and construction processes, with the ability to:

  • Execute design tasks with minimal guidance.
