About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of commercial properties.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants and address their needs effectively.
- Implement property management strategies to enhance value and profitability.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities to ensure properties are well-maintained.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and property performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial property management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic office software; familiarity with Timberline, MRI, and Yardi is advantageous.
- Experience in retail property management is highly desirable.
