This position calls for a proactive and enthusiastic marketing professional eager to contribute to the growth of innovative endoscopic procedural therapies targeting type 2 diabetes and obesity, while ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
Engage with commercial, clinical, regulatory, legal, and medical affairs teams to synchronize the implementation of marketing initiatives with clinical trial activities and overarching business goals.
Campaign Management:
Assist in the effective execution of clinical trial recruitment and marketing campaigns, which includes program planning, budget oversight, and performance evaluation.
Content Creation:
Work alongside internal and external partners to develop compelling materials such as websites, brochures, videos, and other marketing assets.
Event Coordination:
Organize and facilitate participation in industry congresses and company-hosted events.
Data Analysis:
Update and assess metrics to evaluate program success and establish a feedback mechanism to refine marketing strategies.
Market Insights:
Support market research initiatives to examine provider and patient behaviors, trends, and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
Financial Oversight:
Assist in tracking and reporting to ensure the strategic allocation of resources.
All activities must be conducted in compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines, including timely documentation and maintenance of necessary training.
Bring a proactive attitude to work and fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years in a marketing role, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices. Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device sectors is preferred. Prior experience in related fields such as internships or co-ops is advantageous. Graphic design skills are a plus.
Essential Skills and Attributes:
A proven track record of intellectual curiosity, innovation, and problem-solving with an entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to manage fast-paced projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
Demonstrated experience as a collaborative team player in small working environments. Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidence, personal values, and ethics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Graphic design experience is a plus.
Willingness to learn about regulatory requirements and guidelines governing clinical trials.
