Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. This role entails managing projects from the initial turnover phase through to construction completion, final billing, and project close-out. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to ensuring that all projects are executed safely, punctually, and within financial parameters.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in RF shielding and installation within commercial and/or healthcare environments
  • At least 7 years of experience in project scheduling
  • Comprehensive understanding of contract terminology and scope of work definitions
  • Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols
  • Strong leadership and organizational capabilities
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in financial planning and budget management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Project Supervisor to define project scope and timelines
  • Develop and prioritize project plans
  • Monitor submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), Potential Change Orders (PCOs), and change orders
