About the Role
Sharp Electronics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Business Systems division and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase revenue and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Manage sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance sales team performance.
- Partner with product development teams to ensure sales alignment with product roadmaps.
- Provide input on sales forecasting and budgeting processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales leadership experience in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of sales growth and team leadership.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and develop insights to inform sales strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Valid US driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this role is $54,225-93,300. The listed salary range excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and other forms of compensation or benefits. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards.
