Summary

The Executive Director of Revenue Growth will lead revenue programs to drive profitable growth. This role involves process optimization, sales operations leadership, and ensuring commercial excellence. Reporting to the SVP, this leader will build high-performing teams and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive collaboration and accountability for financial and operational goals
  • Strategize to align people, processes, and technologies for growth
  • Facilitate communication between teams on revenue initiatives
  • Manage sales compensation initiatives and process governance
  • Develop and train key metrics for team success
  • Utilize best practices and tools to support sales strategies
  • Provide dashboard reporting and drive decision making
  • Partner with Marketing and IT on sales and technology initiatives

Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in sales or revenue operations
  • Strong communicator and business acumen
  • Ability to work across business segments
  • Self-motivated and driven for growth
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and Power BI
  • Background in service industries or infrastructure
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Travel up to 50%
