Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing branch operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
    • Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Branch Operations
    • Oversee the daily operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and logistics
    • Manage and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals
  • Leadership
    • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and customer service teams
    • Collaborate with the executive team to drive business growth and development

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 4 years of experience in sales and leadership roles
    • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing branch operations
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and sales skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
