The District Sales Manager plays a crucial role in steering and managing all sales initiatives and outcomes across various centers within a designated district.

Sales Territory - Alabama

Travel Requirements - 3 weeks in market/month

Key Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Enhancing profitability at both the district and infusion center levels by effectively guiding frontline team members. Overseeing sales operations to achieve the desired sales outcomes as set by leadership. Managing district profitability within budget constraints by optimizing revenue, staffing, and sales expenditures while promoting patient growth. Collaborating closely with Center Operations Managers (COMs) and regional leadership to guarantee top-notch support for patients. Comprehending the business implications of strategic decisions. Encouraging teamwork and collaboration among team members. Tracking progress towards established goals. Ensuring comprehensive coverage for all clients and potential clients. Supervising pre-call strategies and documentation through client relationship management (CRM) systems. Completing customer engagement and market analysis reports, and updating leadership on market dynamics. Predicting sales performance. Ensuring effective product distribution within the district, including sufficient inventory and coverage across all distribution channels. Utilizing staff as consultants for coordinating significant programs such as symposia and medical director engagements. Managing and controlling expenses to maximize return on investment. Engaging in extensive travel. Recruiting, training, mentoring, and assessing the performance of direct reports.

Minimum Qualifications:

A BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and business development; or any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

Strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare sector.
