Position Summary:
The Kemper Home Service team is in search of a Sales Manager to collaborate with agents within their designated region. The primary responsibilities of the Sales Manager encompass recruiting, training, and overseeing the agents assigned (averaging seven agents).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for the performance of agents, expected to drive results through consistent recruiting, training, and supervision.
  • Engage in ongoing prospecting for potential agent candidates.
  • Regularly interact with assigned agents, supervising and evaluating their sales and collection activities.
  • Conduct business inspections both in the field and via phone to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support for agencies lacking an assigned agent.
  • Report directly to the District Manager.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years in sales management or equivalent experience is required. Must hold full licenses in Life, Health, Property, and Casualty.

This role necessitates a combination of in-office and fieldwork, with 50-100% of the time dedicated to recruiting, training, developing, and supporting agents within their assigned territories.
