Area Sales Executive

Are you an ambitious and dedicated sales expert eager to showcase your outstanding sales talents? The Business Athlete Association is in search of a District Sales Manager who can devise impactful strategies customized for the local market to enhance sales for our regional hotel properties. We require a strategic innovator capable of generating creative solutions to exceed sales objectives and profitability targets. The perfect candidate will possess excellent communication skills to nurture relationships with current clients while attracting new customers through networking and outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire the sales team to consistently meet and surpass sales targets and profit expectations
- Foster relationships with key clients and remain informed about market dynamics and competitor actions
- Evaluate property performance and formulate sales strategies that align with organizational objectives
Qualifications:
- Experience in the hospitality industry is essential
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline is preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of sales management experience, ideally within hospitality
- Outstanding communication and negotiation capabilities
