  • Experience in overseeing operations and administrative staff.
  • Proficient in developing and managing operational budgets.
  • Must reside in the general vicinity of the facility or have local ties.
  • Eligibility to work legally in the U.S.

JOB SUMMARY:
Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is collaborating with a reputable Agronomy Sales and Services provider seeking to recruit a qualified Agronomy Operations Leader.

The primary responsibilities include overseeing the facility, managing personnel, and ensuring the proper functioning of agronomy equipment and on-site buildings, along with the development and maintenance of operational budgets.

The ideal candidate will possess a four-year degree in Agronomy and have a minimum of five years of experience in managing an Agronomy location, including operations, sales, and administrative staff.

This position will report directly to the General Manager.
