Job Summary:
NRG Energy is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and general business support to our assigned team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
- Develop and implement administrative processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in a business setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
