Position Overview
RB Consulting, Inc. (RBCI) is actively seeking an Administrative Executive who is exceptionally adept with technology, possesses strong social media skills, and has a solid understanding of government contracting.

Located in the Washington, DC area, RBCI is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that specializes in providing information technology (IT) services and solutions, as well as professional services to various sectors including commercial businesses and federal agencies. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
1. Providing comprehensive support to the President/CEO, including:
   a. Managing a highly active calendar of appointments.
   b. Composing and preparing correspondence.
   c. Arranging complex travel plans and itineraries.
   d. Compiling documents for meetings.
2. Acting as the primary liaison between the President/CEO and both internal and external clients.
3. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all interactions with board members, staff, and stakeholders.
4. Utilizing social media platforms to enhance the visibility of the President/CEO and promote the firm's branding initiatives.
5. Developing and implementing systems to streamline communication and project coordination.
6. Preparing reports and presentations for various meetings.
7. Conducting research and compiling data for executive consideration.
8. Assisting in project oversight to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a consulting or government contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of social media management and digital communication strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks.
- Advanced proficiency in office productivity software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster relationships with stakeholders.
- Familiarity with government contracting procedures and compliance requirements.
- A demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and provide outstanding customer service.
