Key duties include overseeing office supplies, organizing appointments, and assisting with daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong multitasking abilities and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive hourly wage based on experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory and order office supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules and facilitate meeting arrangements.
  • Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
  • Sort and manage incoming correspondence.
  • Support basic data entry and document organization.
  • Welcome and assist visitors upon arrival.
  • Provide general assistance to office personnel.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Prior experience in an office environment is essential.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Positive and approachable demeanor.
