Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Supplier Interaction: Engage with clients, suppliers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner. Address inquiries regarding our offerings and direct communications to the relevant departments.
  • Mail Management: Ensure timely and accurate processing of all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
  • Supplier Liaison: Serve as the primary contact for suppliers. Assist colleagues with their requirements and manage supplier relationships effectively.
