About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Graybar. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and growing customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
