Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest flooring products and technologies, and provide expert advice to customers on the best options for their projects.
  • Sales and Marketing: Identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the sales team and marketing department to achieve targets.
  • Project Management: Work with customers to understand their project requirements, provide detailed quotes and proposals, and manage the installation process from start to finish.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the flooring or construction industry; 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to read and comprehend blueprints; valid driver's license and ability to operate a motorized vehicle.
