Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our client's growing team. As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in the month-end close processes, inventory management, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform month-end closing procedures and reporting
  • Effectively communicate and coordinate the exchange of financial information to key stakeholders
  • Process Accounts Payable invoices and maintain supplier contact
  • Perform AP disbursements
  • Report monthly Accounts Receivable aging reports and maintain aged balances within targets
  • Manage cash application
  • Process customer invoices and credit memos
  • Maintain customer contact to collect all outstanding payments
  • Manage and report sales and use tax and tax audit requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of accounting experience
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Understanding and application of accounting principles/practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
