We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at Graybar. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in developing and growing customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the market.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets, driving revenue growth and profitability for Graybar.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on our products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to customers to meet their needs.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management, ensuring seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in a similar industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Education: 4-year degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Travel: Ability to travel on a limited basis, as required.
