As a seasoned Account Representative for Data Center at Graybar, you will be the primary point of contact for key accounts. Your expertise will be crucial in servicing these critical accounts and identifying opportunities to drive sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profits from key accounts
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service, including presentations, product information, and company services
- Meet or exceed sales and profit budget targets
- Collaborate with the Financial Department to resolve claims and other issues
- 1+ years of related experience in sales or account management
- 4-year degree preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP)
- Competitive salary range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually, depending on experience
- Bonus eligibility based on specific business metrics
