The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily office activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our sales professionals in achieving their goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage office operations, including processing sales and rental commissions, maintaining agent and property files, and handling license and agent membership renewals.
- Work closely with our Brokerage Manager to recruit and retain agents, increase sales production, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide transactional support for real estate agents and brokers, including processing paperwork and ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Manage accounting systems, including invoicing agents, overseeing vendor bills, and collecting agent A/R.
- Oversee maintenance and replacement of computer and phone systems, and provide technical support as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, office administration, or equivalent years of experience.
- Three or more years' experience in a customer-centric business environment with administrative responsibility for office operations.
- Real Estate background preferred.
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of social media applications and creative problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact successfully with internal and external customers.
