Key Responsibilities

  • Manage leads from referral sources and ensure an efficient admissions process for clients

  • Represent Acadia Healthcare in professional forums and communicate our mission in all outreach interactions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in a healthcare, business development, marketing, or sales environment with measurable business development results
  • Excellent working knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles
  • Managed care background is a plus
