Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Insurance Position. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in marketing and selling State Farm insurance and financial service products to customers.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Identify customer needs and develop leads, scheduling appointments and marketing appropriate products and services.
- A competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Knowledge of financial services products and a successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
