Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Business Insurance Position. As a State Farm Agent Team Member, you will play a key role in marketing and selling State Farm insurance and financial service products to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support as needed.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Identify customer needs and develop leads, scheduling appointments and marketing appropriate products and services.
