Position Overview: We are on the lookout for a dedicated Product Marketing Lead to enhance the adoption of JLL's leasing solutions within the Leasing and Capital Markets Technology Group. This role involves crafting and executing comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with product management, sales, and marketing teams to distinguish JLL's prop tech offerings. The Product Marketing Lead is pivotal in ensuring the success of our technology solutions, formulating targeted messaging, analyzing market dynamics, and providing insights to refine our product roadmap and value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies and product positioning for JLL's leasing solutions.
  • Develop engaging product marketing materials, including sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and web content.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover trends, customer insights, and potential opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product management team to convert technical details into customer-focused messaging.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, encompassing digital marketing, email outreach, signage, and events.
  • Create comprehensive sales enablement resources and training to support brokerage teams; capable of developing launch and implementation strategies for national and global scalability.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Foster strong relationships with product managers, brokers, and clients to gather feedback and drive product enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally within commercial real estate or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective product marketing strategies.
  • Strong grasp of marketing principles, branding, and messaging strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong project management capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a commitment to achieving results and continuous improvement.
  • Knowledge of the commercial real estate leasing process is advantageous.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

160,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year

This compensation range includes potential bonuses and is an estimate based on various factors including education, experience, skills, geographic location, and market data.
